From 06:00 AM UTC to 11:00 AM UTC you may experience increased latency and other disruptions when accessing Sandboxes hosting in US-1 and US-3 clusters.
These clusters will be marked as unschedulable for the duration of the maintenance window, so sandbox creation from templates will not be effected.
